Team Captain Qualities

Club Captains represent the club's views and values both inside and outside of the pool. Additionally,  Club Captains take on responsibilities organising and presenting at club events.

Club Captains are chosen by the Head Coach, taking into account the following selection criteria:

• More than one year service at the club

• Attended training and meets regularly

• Support and mentor junior swimmers at meets and club nights

• Are willing to contribute to club events or social activities

• Uphold the club's values

• Willing to take ownership and deliver on activities that have been assigned by the Head Coach.
